Question

Where is the refund status tracker? I see no information on what I owe/refund from my state.

The refund/owe bar was great. I can't see what my taxes for VA are at all.

What happens if you go to the left-column menu and click on the REVIEW tab--the one just below the State Taxes tab? Does that make the refund/taxes due meter show up again in the top left corner of the screen? That worked for me, and it has persisted. But another user said it didn't work for them.

NOTE: If it doesn't show up, it may be hidden underneath a link "Explain my taxes" in the top left corner. Click the little arrowhead next to "Explain my taxes"--not the words--and it will make that move out of the way, revealing the refund/taxes owed figure underneath. Then you can leave that open.

Thank for the reply/tip. I couldn't find Explain My Taxes, however, I was able to find in Tools a Federal Summary and Virginia Summary that at least showed me the amounts I needed. So that will work for now. I miss the old status toolbar!

I've attached an image to confirm you're not seeing this at the left top of the screen. If you see "Explain my taxes", click on the arrowhead--not on the words.
