Where my son's refund?

We filed his taxes on 25 February 2021 and he has yet to receive his refund. The IRS accepted his return and there were no errors or eject messages. We have searched online using the "Where's my Refund" link on the IRS site and the mobile app and still to no avail. My son even phoned the IRS and they have no record of his taxes being filed nearly 30days after they were filed. We even attempted to resubmit the return, but Turbo Tax will not retransmit the return. My next question: Should we print the return and mail them because we're not having any success with Turbo Tax? I have used Turbo Tax for many years to file tax returns for my family without any problems until now. There seems to be very little resources available to tackle this particular type of error either on the web site or within the program's help menu.

To find out where your refund is, first check your e-file status. If the status not available there, neither on Where's My Refund? page, that could be a good idea to re-file the return.
