Where on the turbo tax website might I be able to find file form 1040-X in the amend section?

Someone I know had a mistake involving dependent claims. Due to this he wants to properly file he is a dependent of someone else. He has been trying to navigate the website to properly amend this, but the file is not available. Where should he go?

When he amends

Go to MY INFO. Click your name. Go through the screens for the question that asks if someone else can claim you as a dependent. Say YES.
