You will need to contact Turbo Visa Debit Card to inquire about your card please visit: https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/, also you can call 1-888-285-4169 as we do not have information about your card on this forum.

I called the number that you gave me option one is to have a link sent to my phone so that I can download the TurboTax app which I already have an option two is to continue to talk to an automated recording now what do you think of this?

@felishalperez201 Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2(to try and get a agent), it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

Every time I call that number I get an automated recording requesting a new card and it never lets me talk to any human today marks the 10th business day for the second card and it is still not here

If you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169. Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.
