Wheres my refund the irs said they sent it to your account and you are suppose to send to me its been refunded since feb. 28 2018 i did contact the irs so i need answers?

If you selected to pay the TurboTax preparation fees or any other Turbotax product from your refund. One of the banks for Santa Barbara Tax products receives your refund from the IRS and takes their convenience fee and our fees and then is either direct deposited into the bank account information you provided or a Prepaid visa card that was sent to you via mail.

If you did NOT provide a bank account number and did not receive a pre paid visa card by mail, please look at this link and contact as soon as possible.
