Which .tax2020 file to start amend return?

I am on TTMac Desktop Home & Business.

I need to amend my return that was filed and has been processed by IRS.

There are two files in my Documents folder, one named my first name - Tax Return 2020.tax2020 and another my full name 2020.tax2020. Which file should I open to start amending the return?

Sounds like you created two tax returns. Open each of them and see which one you filed. (Check filing status).
