Who do I contact at IRS for a 1041 refund?

I saw my check was in the mail and at the post office 3 weeks ago but I never received it.  Who do I contact regarding 1041 Trust refunds and how do I get it reissued?  I don't believe I can use the 1040 phone number.  I tried the "where's my refund" page but it is only for 1040 refunds.  TIA!

Thanks.  That was the first number I tried.  I think because it is a 1041, it didn't accept my information and there was no way to talk to an agent directly.  I have been waiting to talk to any agent for about an hour now at the [phone number removed] number.

Then you should just complete and file the Form 3911 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3911.pdf

It can be used for both business and individual tax returns.

Go to this IRS website for lost check information - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-0
