My refund is less that what was amended by the IRS. I keep getting the run around by customer service with TurboTax and find this quite disturbing. I was told in chat that there was suspiciously someone with very close to my name they were speaking with (off by one letter in the first name, same middle initial and my very distinguishable last name). I was also told I was charged twice for the filing fee. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES with Turbotax before-even when my taxes were adjusted by the IRS. I just wanted to know who this TPG was. The people in the chat were not helpful AT ALL and I am still short $213.12. I've been doing business with Turbotax since 2013 and I've NEVER been treated this way. Can someone please tell me what happened to my money (213.12)?

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund? (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)
