Question

Why am I being billed from turbo tax when I still haven’t got my refund? How can you bill me for something I’m yet to receive? I thought it would be taken out of my refund? Not be billed when I filed in January and am yet to even get my refund.

I hope it was a mistake to send such things or me and my money will go to another tax company next year. It was suppose to be free to file anyways but ofc every year I’m always charged.

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

    And, Why you got charged,

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
