Why am I getting the "tell us about your refund" page ?Its asking for my 2020 state refund amount.. I've never had this question before. Can anyone help ?

If you itemized your deductions in 2020 and later received a refund of that state tax, the amount is taxable on your 2021 tax return.

If you didn't itemize, or you elected to deduct state sales tax instead of state income tax, your refund is not taxable.
