Why am I not getting the option for refund advance this year? I got one last year and it was put on my credit karma card. Everything is pretty much the same as last year

My W2 and income is the same and dependants is the same. I should definitely be eligible. It would have to maybe be a glitch. How do I get this fixed

The advances ended mid February.
