Did that and can’t speak with an one I have 2 cards and now they are telling me I’m getting another one

Are y’all actually going to help us with this y’all keep sending everybody to call this number and can’t speak to a live person it does not make sense I should had already had my card but y’all keep sending cards but can’t explain why
