Why can I not track my refund?

Why can I not track my refund? I can get into Turbo Tax to see my refund and see that my return has been accepted. But when I try to track my refund Intuit says my information is not valid.

Intuit has no way to track your refund.   The date you are given in TurboTax is just an estimate based on the fact that the IRS says they issue most refunds within 21 days.   The only place you can get accurate information about the status of your refund is at Where's my Refund.
