Why can't I get on my turbo card apo or call TurboTax card phone won't let me do either can get into account at all and phone doesn't ring hangs up

The Turbo Visa Debit Card website and app are experiencing high volumes today due to the stimulus payments being funded. If you are only looking for balance information you can try texting the following command to 43411: “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number). Otherwise, please try back at a later time.
