Why can't I get the status of my income tax return

When I try to look it up the status of my income tax turn on IRS go I can't find it

You will need to wait at least 24 hours once you receive the notification that your return was received by the IRS - That may be why you are unable to see a status update.  Please see the below for additional information concerning Where's My Refund:
