Question

Why cant i proceed to file my return i was effected by tornado but dont want to or need money or do i want to wait for new forms i want to file now

Your run-on sentence is pretty hard to follow. and make sense of.   What are you trying to do?  You should not file your tax return until you have ALL of your 2019 information.  

 

Many forms and schedules are not yet ready.  When the IRS/state has finalized the forms you need then you will be able to file.  Click Review to see what you have to wait for.  The IRS is not accepting returns until January 27, so there is no hurry to file now.  Filing now would not result in an early refund.
