Why cant you show me 2018 return. we processed it here and I know you have the document?

Last year you helped me file my taxes and everything was fine why is there a problem today with 2019? Why can you not show me the AGI from last years filing?

To find the PDF of your 2018 tax return filed with TurboTax Online:

Sign in to the same TurboTax account you used to file your 2018 tax return.
Select Documents from the navigation when it appears.
Use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to choose the tax year you want and then select Download PDF.

If you can't find your 2018 tax return in the TurboTax account you are using, the instructions in the TurboTax Help article at this link will help you find the TurboTax account used to prepare your 2018 tax return.
