Why did I not recieved my advance loan when I signed the consent to disclose my information for the refund advance loan

If I am not recieving the advance that was agreed upon, then I don't believe they have the right to give the banks my tax information?

My refund was accepted a week ago and still haven't been able to get an answer about my refund advance what is going with this year

@angelab1617 all these companies are full of **bleep** TURBOTAX, Credit Karma, The IRS, and first century bank.

I never received mine as well. I’m getting really frustrated having to do all the work myself and try to figure it out myself. TurboTax and Credit Karma you should have their stuff together and they should be figuring this out. I paid good money to file and a turbo tax expert ran me through the process of signing up for the refund advance. I was approved and never received anything except for an empty debit card. What am I supposed to do about this?

I think we should all file a class action suit against them for lying and misleading and fraudulently getting information.

I know we should! You think they would learn by now to stop misinformation. And Credit Karma has already found themselves in trouble for breaching personal information.
