Why did my refund go down? I see fee's were taken, it went from processing payment 2 payment complete. I haven't received my return so how was fees from TT taken out?

My return went down about 29$ and I see my order details went from pending to complete for TT fees but I havent recieved my return yet so how did the fees get taken out? Santa Barbra Bank hasnt recieved my return yet either.

Sometimes refunds are lower than expected if you elect to have Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund, or if you have an offset. You can see what you are being charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees. This will show you what you are being charged for.

When SBBT receives your refund, they will then take the fees out. Until then, you will have to check with the IRS.
