Question

Why did turbo tax estimate 2/21 for my federal return , but on the IRS website it’s still processing with no date

Once the IRS accepts your return, they still need to approve your refund before they send it to you. Typically it takes 21 days to receive your refund after the IRS accepts your return.  TurboTax does not issue refunds.  Once your return has been accepted by the IRS all refund inquiries must be made to the IRS as TurboTax is not updated about your return processing.
