Why do have to pay TurboTax if I haven’t received my refund nor do I know when it is going to get my refund?

When you chose to have your fees paid from your federal refund, you agreed that if you did not receive a refund or if it was delayed beyond about 45 days, that you would pay the fees separately. TurboTax is not responsible for delays in your refund caused by the IRS.
