Why do my tax returns have the wrong date and time printed on the bottom?

Filed about an hour ago and they have April 16th, 2019, 12:03AM printed on the bottom of them?

If you are in the USA, check your computer clock's time and date setting.   Or are you filing outside of the USA?

I have no other suggestion.  Someone else may comment on this user board.

Does that date and time that prints have a UTC Time Zone after it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "date on the bottom."    If you were printing from a browser, a page often has the date and time at the bottom (or for some people the top) for anything you print out from a browser even at other websites.    Do all pages have a date on them at the bottom?   If every page has a date on them, it sounds like a browser or some other type of setting issue.

Or was this a date provided by TurboTax?
What is the date shown on your Electronic Postmark?   On that page the date appears in the body of the report.   I don't know if you can view it yet.  You may have to wait until your returns are accepted to check that form.

You should receive a confirmation email from TurboTax that your return was transmitted. Check your junk mail, if needed.

We're aware of this issue and are working to fix ASAP.  Right now you can choose "I'll mail a check" as your payment option and mail the IRS a check or you can visit https://www.irs.gov/payments and pay directly.

I ran in to the same thing.

I filled at 11.47PM (April 15,2024), but Turbo Tax shows as 12.47AM the next day (April 16,2024).

Can Turbo Tax confirm that I am not getting penalty because I filed before midnight?

Thank you

Yes, the returns are in a queue where the IRS comes and picks them up so it's quite likely they picked then up on the 16th.  You will not be considered late.
