Why does it just say my taxes were accepted abd thats it i already received my state and it still hasnt changed

TurboTax does not get updates after your return has been filed and accepted, so your online account is only going to show "accepted." TT never knows if or when you received your refund, or paid your tax due. TT merely displays the result of the return you prepared using the software.
