Why does it say I haven't filed my return yet on your website?

I went to the search bar and typed in turbotax refund tracker, and it says I cannot track my refund since I have not filed yet..? Although I did file with turbotax.. I'm confused..

Is this a TurboTax message you received? If so, then it sounds like you haven't filed your return. 

 

When you originally went to file, did you proceed through all the filing steps and click the orange Transmit My Returns Now button? If not, then you didn't file.
