This is a public internet forum, so we do not have access to your refund advance application to see what needs to be updated. Have you completely filled out your tax return? You must completely fill out your tax return, including entering your tax forms (like a W2 or 1099), before you can apply for Refund Advance. You cannot apply for Refund Advance after you file your taxes.
