Turbo Tax uses Green Dot Prepaid cards for their loan advances to be loaded onto or it gives you the option to use Green Dot prepaid card to have all of your refund deposited into.

How do I access my refund from the Green Dot bank acct it has been sent to?

If you don't have access or remember your PIN, you can reset it. Visit the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card website to reset your PIN:
