Why does my Intuit TurboTax account say thank you for your payment for my tax filing service this year and I still have not received my tax refund

I filed my taxes April 12th 2021 and I still have not received my return and TurboTax says they have no record of me filing a return

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
