Why does my return say pending after 3 days?

Filed taxes 3 days ago ,TurboTax says accepted by them , but still pending for irs , how can I find out why?

While we are doing this extra review, your return will show as pending.  Sometimes there are issues with forms availability and sometimes numbers don’t exactly add up. When this happens a tax return may be “Pending”  longer than 24-48 hours while an extra review is conducted to ensure 100% accuracy.
