Why does my ‘State and Local Tax Refund Summary’ appears to double the actual 2019 refund amount I received in 2020?

I received a 2019 State refund of $3753.00 in 2020 yet my current ‘State and Local Tax Refund Summary’ for this year indicates a 'Refund Amount' of $7506.00.

Sounds like you may have entered your refund amount twice. I would recommend revisiting that section of your return to double-check your entries.
