Why does the IRS have my refund for today & you show nothing?

The WMR is showing I get my refund today. Your website still has me on pending. SBTG says they can't find my information at all. I'm never using the 5 days early again. Used you all for years never had a problem until I chose that option.

Where's my Refund is the most accurate information as it is directly from the IRS. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. The TurboTax site can only update if the information is provided for the software to update. This doesn't always happen so the information shown on TurboTax could be behind.

The IRS is who is issuing your refund, not TurboTax, so the IRS has the most up to date information.

No the IRS says they sent my money. Your website said pending until I made a post. Now it says accepted on 2/19. The bank you use SBTPG doesn't even have my information. It tells me my account is not listed. This is happening to others bc they have posted in the FB groups about it. All filed for the 5 days early. Doing that messed up our taxes this year. I have filed with you all for 8 yrs I think & I never got my taxes after the day the IRS said it was funded.
