Why does the IRS not show any information on my Tax return?

Did you efile? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Or does your account say Printed or Ready to Mail when you log In?

it says it was accepted on 02/28/2019 but still shown no information?

No Record of return found on Where's My Refund? can appear if the information was not entered correctly. Make sure to only enter your federal income amount, not federal and state combined. Another important factor can be if you are married filing jointly, make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return. If still no record, wait and try again. The IRS Where's My Refund? tool updates every 24 hours.

If your tax return has been accepted and you have checked Where’s My Refund, and haven’t seen a status update, that is typical because the IRS won’t have record of the return until it is in the processing stage, so no need to worry.

Here is the general timeline of e-filed returns:

Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.
