Why has MY 2019 TurboTax calculation program disappeared from my computer?

    It depends.

     

    Did you download the software from a CD or online?

     

    If so, you will need to locate the TurboTax folder on your computer to be able to open the program if you do not have a shortcut icon on your screen.

     

    Opening a tax data file


    If you are using the online program, you simply need to log into your account using the link below.  Your information will be stored under your username.

     

    Account recovery if unsure of user ID
