Question

Why hasn't my return been processed past 21 days of being received? Called irs and they said it's in the error department! Please help me find something out??

Refunds are generally processed within 21 days (for electronically filed returns) but delays can happen for a variety of reasons, and it may take the IRS more time to process it correctly. I would give it another week or so, then try contacting the IRS again.
