Why have I been asked to submit a copy of my W2 and or/1099 forms and also a copy of my 2017 Fed 1040?
The state of South Carolina will not complete the processing of my return without the requested info.
This is NOT unusual. The state uses the information from your Federal return to process your state return. Go ahead and send them the information as requested so that they may process your return.
