Why have I not received any emails or information for hte referrals i submitted . they have already received their refunds and i still havent email received any email

You will receive an email with your Rewards on an e-certificate from the company you selected, about 45 days after your Friend redeems their special offer. To qualify, your Friend must: (1) Be a new TurboTax customer; and, (2) Access and file with TurboTax using the unique link provided in their invitation. If these parameters have been met and you still have not received your reward please reach out to the TurboTax Care team.
