I'll assume you are referring to tax refunds.   About how long has it been since you filed, and how did you file--did you efile, or did you print and mail paper returns?   If you chose to file the returns by mail, did you physically mail them?  TurboTax does not mail them for you.

 

If you efiled, log into your Online TurboTax account and see what the efile status is at the Tax Home.   What does it show for both the Federal and state returns?   Does it say accepted, rejected, printed, ready to mail, or what?

 

If you efiled the Federal return (and it was accepted), or if you mailed a paper return, what do you see when you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

As for the state return, was it efiled, or did you print and mail a paper return?  If efiled, does the Tax Home of your Online TurboTax account show that it was accepted?
