Thank you. I know they started but I was asking if they've started why haven't I received it yet

The IRS has a backlog of 13 MILLION returns in a department that normally only handles a few thousand returns per year so things are going to take a while to process all of them so you will just need to be patient. Complain to your congress person for this late change in the tax law.
