Why Haven't I Received My 2nd Stimulus..I Received My 1st Stimulus In April..I File My 2018 Tax Return.. But Didn't Work For 2019 Year.I Have Social Security

So With This 2nd Stimulus Package..That I Haven't Received..Is The IRS Going By My 2018 Tax Return That I File With Turbo Tax..Or My Social Security.. Either Way I Haven't Received My Second Stimulus At All..I Received The 1st Stimulus With No Problem.. But Today On The IRS Portal Get My Payment For The 2nd One Say's No Information Found..
