It was released on a Friday and your bank may not apply it to your account for 2 business days ... check with your bank to see if there is a deposit pending.

    TurboTx has no control over the monthly child tax credit payments which are being issued by the IRS.  The August payments were to be issued on August 13---maybe yours has just not posted to your account yet.  Check again in a day or two.
