Why haven't I received my stimulus check when I had my tax returns direct deposited into my turbo card

I'm going to assume you had the fees for your Deluxe edition taken directly out of your refund (and/or received an RAL)? If so, your refund was initially sent to Santa Barbara tax for processing, before being applied to your Turbo Card. Therefore, the IRS doesn't have your Turbo Card information on file in their system. You need to go to the IRS "Get My Payment" page and enter either the routing & account number of your Turbo Card, or that of another bank account where you'd like the stimulus payment deposited to. You should then be in the next "wave" of direct deposits that the IRS sends out.
