Generally, most states and the IRS will release refunds within 21 days. You can check the status of the IRS by clicking here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds and your state by clicking here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300211

If it has been more than 21 days you should call the IRS and/or your state and inquire with a tax representative to see what the delay is.
