Why haven’t I received my tax return?!Over 21 days late!

IRS sent my refund on the 29th of Jan to account. I have yet to receive my money! I come here to find there is a third party you guys use. I go on there fill my info and have an error saying there has been suspicion of usual activity and so it was sent back to the IRS and I need to wait 10-12 weeks! I am upset as hell because I was never notify by you guys or anyone, to solve this matter. I used you guys last year with the same direct deposit and it went great. I will not use turbo tax anymore! You have people upgrade paid extra fees, but you don’t reach out when there is issues. How can I get my money sooner than 10 weeks because this is RIDICULOUS!!!

Once the IRS accepts your return, they no longer update TurboTax on what happens with it. After it is accepted, it still goes through 2 more stages, processing and approval, TurboTax is not involved in these last 2 stages.
