Currently there is no way to track when you will receive the Stimulus Payment.

The IRS has started to send out the Stimulus Payments.

From the IRS website

For security reasons, the IRS plans to mail a letter about the economic impact payment to the taxpayer’s last known address within 15 days after the payment is paid. The letter will provide information on how the payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the payment. If a taxpayer is unsure they’re receiving a legitimate letter, the IRS urges taxpayers to visit IRS.gov first to protect against scam artists.

If you received a refund on your tax return, the Stimulus payment will be directly deposited to your bank account.

If you have a balance due on your tax return, the IRS is setting up a portal where you can enter your bank information to receive the Stimulus Payment as a direct deposit.

Economic Impact Payments

Currently this portal is not available, it is expected to be available later this month.

Typically, once you file your return with California it takes two weeks for it to process.  The Coranavirus may have slowed the process down.

If it has been longer than two weeks and you have not received a letter from the California Franchise Tax Board explaining an issue with your return, you can call them to ask if their is an issue at 1 (800) 852-5711.
