Why I keep getting maximum attempts when I track my refund? When can I see it again? I tried today and wasn’t able to see it.

    This is an issue with the IRS site. TurboTax has no control over this issue. Some customers have found that switching the type of web-browser helps (this is what have worked for some people), again TurboTax has no control on the IRS features. 

     

    To track your refund you can also call the IRS Automated Line which has the same information as on the website
