Why is direct deposit not an option on my state refund?

TurboTax Premier Online

There should be an option to choose direct deposit. If you have not e-filed your tax return yet, please follow the instructions below, on how to edit your direct deposit information:

Please sign-in to your TurboTax Online Account and then:

Select "Take me to my return"
Once you are in your return, select the file tab in the upper right-hand section of the TurboTax screen
Once you have selected the file tab you will then see where you can edit your direct deposit information.
