Why is it When I asked for refund advance its says unable to verify my identity. So I contacted Credit Karma and was told that my account is good and open an active
So why am I getting these errors. I relinked everything and all my information on Turbo tax and Credit Karma are the same. I would like to get this resolved if not I will have to change tax prepares because this has happened two years in the row. And no one seems to know the answer. I ALREADY HAVE A CREDIT KARMA SPEND ACCOUNT . SO WHY CAN'T I GET MY ADVANCE
