Why is my city tax return showing form not final when I try to print

If your city return is showing as not final it means the city return is not ready to be filed.

 

States and cities must approve all forms from TurboTax before they can be filed.

 

TurboTax will not let you transmit a return that has forms that are not ready. If you print and mail a form that's not ready, it will be rejected by the city or state.
