Why is my Kansas refund taking so long?

I filed February 15th and the website says after 21 days to check.  Just keeps says it’s processing.

Kansas shows to wait at least 21 days before checking the status of your refund on returns electronically filed. But they have no time frame listed on how long the process takes before releasing the refund. After processing is completed by your State, the refund would be sent. If you are concerned, click here for their contact phone number.
