Why is my refund taking so long to process into my account on credit karma?

How it works

Where's My Refund shows your refund status:

• Return Received – We received your return and are processing it.
• Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown.
• Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.

It seems everyone is having the same problem. I got the email yesterday telling me my refund was on the way.  Still nothing. I even have a trace #. So it's either TT or the bank they use sbtpg. 

I know! I used that because I thought it would be the best and fastest option! I could of used my normal bank
