The blue line in the TurboTax just tracks, until the IRS receives your return.

When the blue line/ bar is complete, it means that the IRS has accepted your return and that you should have an estimated refund date soon. TurboTax just estimates your refund date based on the IRS 21 timeframe. So I would not worry.  For the most up to date information regarding your return you would want to check your status on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site.

The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.

When will I get my IRS tax refund?

Also, the IRS and States process return separate and at different times. It is unlikely to receive them at the same time.

To track your Federal refund, visit the Where’s My Federal Refund? site.  You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status
